All services on Demo Panel are digital (followers, likes, views, subscribers, etc.). No physical items are shipped. Everything is delivered electronically to your social media accounts.
Orders are usually processed automatically within a few minutes. In some cases, it may take up to 24–72 hours depending on the service type and server load. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible.
Most orders start within 0–30 minutes after payment confirmation. Delays may occur due to API or server issues. You can track your order status from your account dashboard.
Some orders may be delivered in parts due to system limitations or social media platform restrictions. If partial delivery occurs, the remaining undelivered amount is automatically refunded to your account balance.
Delays may occur due to third-party provider issues, maintenance, or platform updates. While we are not directly responsible for such delays, we will always work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Customers are responsible for providing correct usernames, links, or details when placing orders. Incorrect information may result in failed delivery or delivery to the wrong account.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started. Pending orders may be cancelled depending on their status. For more details, please review our Cancellation Policy.
If a service includes a refill guarantee, any drops will be refilled within the specified period. Refunds are not provided instead of refills unless explicitly stated in the service description.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace services at any time without prior notice. Service availability and pricing may change based on market conditions and provider availability.
