- ✓ New orders and refills always finish according to start & end count, your own followers/views are included.
- ✓ If you change the link in any running order, no refill or refund will be provided.
- ✓ Ensure your account or post is public before ordering.
- ✓ For refill, cancellation, or speed-up requests, the link must be correct and public.
- ✓ Do not use "no refill" services if you want guaranteed support; we are not responsible for issues in such services.
- ✓ Modern SMM Panel does not guarantee delivery time; we provide our best estimation.
- ✓ Terms of Service may change without notice; you are expected to stay updated.
Refill System
✓ No refill is provided on 1% dropping. Refill system works on 2% dropping or more.
Example: Start count 500 + Quantity 500 = 1000. If followers drop less than 2%, no refill. If drop >= 2%, refill applies.
✓ Order link must be correct and public. Incorrect/private links will not be refilled.
No Refill Services Policy
Don't complain, no support, no issues. Use at your own risk.
Order Issue Support
If you have any order issues, our team will assist. Do not spam the support repeatedly. Abuse may result in account suspension.
Refund Policy
Unresolved issues within 24 hours? Automatic refund to your panel account.
Options:
A) Alternative services with refunded funds.
B) Full refund via live chat (1-24 hours, no deductions).
